Set Up Client Accounts and Workspaces
A client account is how you give one of your clients their own workspace, agents, and billing inside your white-label. This guide walks through creating a client, setting up their workspace with a Pod and agents, granting permissions, and assigning a Stripe billing plan so they are charged automatically. Before you start: You will assign a Pod and agents during setup, so connect at least one provider Pod and sync the agents you want to offer first. To bill the client automatically, have your Stripe billing connected and a plan ready.
Step 1: Create the client account.
Click the Client Accounts menu item.
Click Add Client Account to create a new client account.
Enter the client's name in the Name field to proceed.
Step 2: Create the client's workspace. Click Create workspace to set up the client's first workspace. The workspace holds this client's Pod, agents, and settings.
Step 3: Assign a Pod and agents.
Click the VoiceAI Pod dropdown and select the Pod configuration for this client.
Click the Agents dropdown and select the assistants to assign.
This decides which provider connection and which agents power the client's calls and chats.
Step 4: Grant editing permissions. On the next screen, click View & Edit to grant the client editing permissions for their agents. Use this when you want the client to adjust their own agents rather than view them only.
Step 5: Assign a billing plan.
Click the Billing tab to add a billing plan.
Click Use Stripe billing to enable automatic payment processing.
Select a billing plan from the dropdown.
Click Assign Plan to confirm.
With Stripe billing enabled, the client is charged automatically on the plan you assign.
What the client sees. When your client logs into their client portal, they are prompted to pay according to the billing plan you assigned. Once paid, they work inside the workspace, Pod, and agents you set up, all under your brand.
