Create and Manage Outbound Phone Campaigns
An outbound phone campaign dials your leads with your voice agent on a schedule you set. This guide walks through creating the campaign, setting its schedule and dial frequency, wiring up a post-call webhook, and then managing leads, calls, analytics, and client assignment. Step 1: Create the campaign.
Click Campaigns in the left sidebar to view all active campaigns.
Click Add Campaign to create a new campaign.
Select Outbound Phone to dial leads with your voice agent on a schedule.
Step 2: Enter your campaign details. Enter the details that name and set up the campaign and identify it in your dashboard.
Step 3: Set the schedule and dial frequency. Select the campaign schedule to control when calls are allowed, and adjust the dial frequency to control how often calls go out. This keeps your calling inside the hours you want and at a pace that suits your leads.
Step 4: Add a post-call webhook (optional). Enter your post-call event webhook URL for automatic notifications. After each call, the results are sent to that URL so you can pass call data into your own tools or automations.
Managing the campaign:
Overview: track leads, calls, and success metrics at a glance.
Leads tab: view all campaign leads and their details.
Calls tab: view all call logs; click an individual call to open its full details and logs.
Analytics: see how the campaign is performing over time.
Assign the campaign to a client. Click the Client tab to assign the campaign to a client account and start billing. Once assigned, the campaign is tied to that client's account and their plan. You can also allow your clients to build their own campaigns and add their own leads, if you want them to manage their calling themselves.
