Connect and Configure Voice AI Pods

A Pod is one connected provider account inside VoiceAIWrapper. To use a provider's agents, phone numbers, and other assets in your white-label, you first connect it as a Pod. This guide walks through connecting and configuring a Pod, and how to add more Pods later. It follows the interactive walkthrough step by step, so you can click through the demo and read along here.

What you'll learn: what a Pod is · selecting a provider and entering credentials · setting the EU domain option and concurrency limit · allocating concurrency across inbound and outbound · adding more Pods and switching organizations.

Before you start: A Pod represents one connected provider organization. VoiceAIWrapper supports five providers: Vapi, Retell, ElevenLabs Agents, Bolna, and Ultravox. You can connect multiple Pods, including multiple organizations from the same provider, and run them side by side in one account. Have your provider API keys ready, and use keys that are not in use anywhere else.

Step 1: Select your provider. From the connect screen, select the VoiceAI provider you want to connect. This tells VoiceAIWrapper which provider account you are linking as this Pod.

Step 2: Continue to the credentials step. Click Next to proceed to the credentials step.

Step 3: Enter your provider keys. Enter your API credentials from the provider you selected. Use keys that are not being used anywhere else, so this Pod's activity stays isolated.

Step 4: Set the EU domain option. Toggle Use EU Domain to enable EU region support. Turn this on if you run an EU-specific account with your provider.

Step 5: Set the concurrency limit. Enter the concurrency limit to match your provider organization settings. Concurrency is the number of calls that can run at the same time; matching it keeps VoiceAIWrapper and your provider in sync.

Step 6: Continue to the final step. Click Next to proceed to the final step of your Pod setup.

Step 7: Allocate concurrency and complete setup. Adjust the concurrency allocation between inbound and outbound (how much of your total is reserved for incoming versus outgoing calls), then click Complete Setup to finalize the Pod. Its provider assets are now available in your white-label.

Adding more Pods. Click the Org dropdown to switch between your organization Pods, and click Add Pod to create a new one, then repeat the steps above. This is how you run several providers, or several organizations from one provider, in a single account.
