How VoiceAIWrapper Pricing Works

VoiceAIWrapper pricing comes down to two separate bills: a flat monthly platform fee you pay us, and your voice minute costs, which go straight from you to your provider. We only charge the flat platform fee, and we never mark up your minutes. This guide, based on our founder's pricing overview, explains the model and who it is (and is not) for.

The short answer: two bills. Agencies ask us the same pricing question all the time, so here is the straight answer. There are two bills:

Our platform fee. A flat fee you pay VoiceAIWrapper every month.
Your voice minute costs. This bill goes straight from you to your provider (Vapi, Retell, ElevenLabs, and so on) at their published rates.

We only charge one of these: the flat subscription fee for our platform. We never mark up your minutes. The spread between what you charge your clients and what the minutes cost you is your business.

Why the two-bill model matters for agencies. You connect your own provider account (Vapi, Retell, or ElevenLabs), create white-label portals for your clients, and rebill those clients at a price of your choosing. Because we do not touch your voice minutes, the margin you build on top is entirely yours to keep.

We also offer a managed services option for agencies that want a hands-off approach: if you want to focus on onboarding clients rather than building agents and automations yourself, we do that work for you behind the scenes.

When you should not buy this. Honest guidance: if you just need one voice agent for your own business, skip us and go straight to a provider. VoiceAIWrapper is built for agencies that resell voice AI to multiple clients under their own brand. If you are not reselling, a direct provider account will serve you better.
