The Account Dashboard: displays your overall account usage. Data appears here once you have connected at least one provider.

Step 1: Connect your providers with ADD POD. Connect multiple providers to white-label (Vapi, Retell, ElevenLabs, Ultravox, and Bolna). Each connected provider account is called a POD. Click ADD POD to connect one; you can add several and run them side by side.

Step 2: Sync your provider assets. Once a POD is connected, that provider's assets show up: assistants, tools, knowledge bases, phone numbers, and more. Click SYNC on the assets you want to make available in your white-label.

Step 3: Create a campaign. Create a Campaign to track inbound and outbound calls, AI chat, or to create an inbound web widget and bill clients. Note: you can only start tracking calls and chat after you create a campaign.

Step 4: Configure your client portal. Click CLIENT PORTAL to add your sub-domain and configure the portal your clients see, under your own sub-domain.

Step 5: Set up client billing. Click Billing Configuration and choose external billing (off-platform), Stripe billing, or API-based billing (Pro plan).

Step 6: Add a client. Click CLIENT ACCOUNTS to add a new client and give them access to their own portal.

Step 7: Log in as a client. Log in as a client user to view their portal and confirm the branding, access, and data are correct before handing it over.
