Fair Usage Policy: Calls, Lead Storage, and Abuse Prevention
VoiceAIWrapper applies fair usage limits to calling volume and lead storage on every plan. The limits exist to prevent abuse, keep the platform stable for every agency, and keep your clients' data safe. If your account exceeds a limit, we notify you. After three repeated breaches, we restrict the account until usage is adjusted or the plan is upgraded.

What the fair usage limits are
Each VoiceAIWrapper plan includes generous usage headroom. The limits below apply per account.
Calls per day counts the total calls across your account in a single day.
Total leads stored counts all leads held in your account across all campaigns and client workspaces at any one time.
These limits sit far above what typical agency workloads need. Most accounts never encounter them.
What happens if you exceed a limit
We do not cut anything off the first time you go over. The process has three stages:
Reminder. When your account exceeds a fair usage limit, we send you a notification so you can adjust usage or upgrade.
Repeated breaches. Each further breach triggers another reminder. You get three in total.
Restriction. After three reminders, we restrict the account.
A restricted account is not deleted. Your agents, campaigns, leads, and client workspaces stay intact. To lift the restriction, you can:
Adjust your usage so it stays within your plan's limits, or
Upgrade to the next tier for higher limits, or
Contact support through the in-app chat if you believe the restriction was applied in error.

Custom limits are available. Pro accounts running very high volumes can go beyond the standard 50,000 calls per day and 300,000 stored leads. Contact our support team through the in-app chat to discuss what your operation needs.
Why this policy exists
Fair usage limits protect you as much as they protect the platform:
Abuse prevention. Very high, anomalous calling volume is the signature of spam and fraud operations. Limits keep bad actors from degrading deliverability and answer rates for legitimate agencies.
Platform stability. Capped extremes keep performance predictable for every account.
User safety. Limits reduce the blast radius of misconfigured campaigns, such as a dialer loop that would otherwise burn through your provider minutes.

Lead storage also interacts with our campaign retention policy. Inactive campaigns are automatically marked inactive and eventually deleted after an extended period of no activity, which frees up your lead storage. Frequently asked questions
Do fair usage limits affect my voice minute billing?
No. Voice minutes are billed directly by your connected provider under your own API keys. Fair usage limits govern platform usage (daily call volume and stored leads), not minute pricing.
Do the limits apply per client workspace or per account?
Per account. The daily call limit and the lead storage limit cover your entire VoiceAIWrapper account, including all client workspaces under it.
Will I lose data if my account is restricted?
No. Restriction pauses usage; it does not delete anything. Your agents, campaigns, leads, and settings remain in place while you adjust usage or upgrade.
Does the daily call limit reset?
Yes. Calls per day is a daily limit. Lead storage is a running total, so reducing it means removing leads you no longer need or letting campaign cleanup remove inactive campaigns.
How do I get more headroom?
Upgrade to the next tier. Each plan step raises both limits. If you are already on Pro, contact support to arrange higher custom limits.
