Step 1, Connect your provider keys: Pick a provider (Vapi in the demo), paste your API keys, then click Next. Pointers: use unique keys not in use elsewhere; flip the EU toggle if you run an EU account; the concurrency shown mirrors your provider org; you can connect multiple orgs and multiple providers in one account.
Step 2, Choose a campaign type: Pick outbound, inbound, or inbound chat. Each campaign type has its own analytics, settings, and functionality. You can also build white-label web widgets for a client's site. The demo uses outbound.
Step 3, Create the campaign: The platform picks an agent and a phone number from your org. The integration updates the server URL on your provider agent and preserves any forwarding webhook under campaign settings. You confirm the change before it applies.
Step 4, Sync your agent and number: On the campaigns page, open Settings, then click Sync now on the agent (Riley in the demo) and again on the assigned phone number.
Step 5, Add leads and set a schedule: Set the schedule (yesterday's date triggers an instant call), then add a lead manually, by CSV upload, or from any CRM through the API.
Step 6, Activate and take the live call: Click Activate campaign to trigger a real call. In the demo, Raj takes the call on his phone, on camera, so you can confirm quality before handing a campaign to a client.
Step 7, Review the results: Open Calls for the summary and recording, check Analytics for campaign data, and rely on the built-in health check to flag failed leads or dropped numbers.
Step 8, Hand off to a client portal: Assign any campaign, inbound or outbound, to a client portal so your client sees it under your brand.
