Before you start: Leads are added inside a campaign, so you need a campaign already created. If you have not set one up yet, create a campaign first, then come back.

Open your campaign: Click Campaigns in the sidebar to view your active campaigns, click the campaign name to open it, then click Add leads to expand the import options. From here you have three ways to add leads.

Option 1: Add leads manually. Click Add leads manually to enter individual contacts one at a time. Quickest way to add a single lead, useful for a test call or a one-off contact.

Option 2: Import a CSV file. Use Add leads via CSV to import a contact list in bulk. Click Download Template to get the CSV import template, review the expected column requirements and data format, fill the template, and upload it. Using the template keeps columns and formatting correct and prevents failed imports.

Option 3: Manage leads via API. Click Manage leads via API to connect your own lead management system. Click Generate API Key to create a new key, then use it with the option you want. Best when you want leads to flow into a campaign automatically from a CRM or another tool.
