Configure Your White-Label Client Portal

The client portal is the branded space your clients log into: your subdomain, your logo, your language settings, and your own support widget. This guide walks through configuring the portal on your dashboard, then previewing it exactly as a client will see it. Set up your portal domain:

  1. Click Client Portal to open your white-label portal configuration.

  2. Enter your subdomain in the input field to set your portal domain (the branded address your clients use).

  3. Copy the CNAME record to your clipboard and add it in your DNS provider.

After adding the CNAME record, wait a few minutes for DNS to propagate, then finish by clicking the VERIFY button that appears. Verification confirms your subdomain points to the portal correctly.

Add your branding. Click the plus button to upload your square logo file. Use a square logo so it displays cleanly across the portal.

Add languages (localization). Click the Localization tab to configure language settings, then select from the available language options to add localization support. Add every language your clients need.

Add a support widget. Click the Support Widget button, then paste your HTML embed code from your support widget provider into the field. The widget loads inside your portal under your brand, using whichever support tool you already use.

Preview the portal as your client sees it:

  1. Click Client Accounts.

  2. Click on a client account to open its details and configuration settings.

  3. Click the Users tab to view and manage that client's user accounts.

  4. Click Login as User to access the selected user account.

  5. View your client portal exactly as your client will see it.

Previewing as a client is the fastest way to confirm your branding, languages, and support widget all look right before you hand the portal over.
