Product Demo - White-Label Your Brand and Bill Your Clients
VoiceAIWrapper lets your agency run voice AI clients under your own brand, at your own pricing, billed through your own Stripe. You connect API keys from a provider like Vapi, Retell, or ElevenLabs, put your logo and domain on everything, and your clients log into a portal that looks like your own software. This guide follows the full setup shown in the video, including the branding and billing steps most tutorials skip.

📹 Watch the walkthrough - Founder Raj connects a provider, white-labels the platform, sets up a client portal, wires up Stripe billing, then builds a campaign and takes a live call.
What you'll learn: connecting provider keys · white-labeling with your logo, domain, and hidden provider name · giving each client a branded portal · billing through your own Stripe at your own markup · building a campaign and taking a live call · where results flow next.
What VoiceAIWrapper does: connect API keys from five providers (Vapi, Retell, ElevenLabs Agents, Bolna, Ultravox), white-label the whole platform, and resell AI voice and AI chat as a monthly recurring service. The point is the recurring revenue line: your brand, your portal, your pricing, billed on your Stripe.
Step 1: Connect your provider keys. Pick a provider (Vapi in the video), paste your keys, confirm settings. Use unique keys, flip the EU toggle for EU accounts, concurrency mirrors your provider org, and you can connect multiple orgs and providers.
Step 2: White-label the platform. Upload your logo, set a custom domain, and hide the provider name. Your client never sees Vapi or Retell. Recordings and analytics sit under your brand.
Step 3: Give each client their own portal. Assign each client their campaign, agent, and number. They see only their calls, recordings, analytics, and appointments. A branded portal is what justifies a monthly retainer.
Step 4: Set up billing through your Stripe. Connect your Stripe, create a plan, set your markup. VoiceAIWrapper does not mark up your voice minutes (you buy those direct from your provider), so you control the margin. Choose external billing, Stripe billing, or API-based billing (Pro plan).
Step 5: Build a campaign. Outbound, inbound, and inbound chat are separate, each with its own analytics. You can also build white-label web widgets for a client's site.
Step 6: Create the outbound campaign. The platform picks an agent and number from your org, updates the server URL on your agent, and preserves any forwarding webhook.
Step 7: Sync your agent and number, then add leads. Sync both, then add a lead manually, by CSV, or from any CRM through the API.
Step 8: Activate and take the live call. Activate to trigger a real call. Raj takes it on camera so you can confirm quality before handing it to a client.
Step 9: Review results and connect your tools. Each call gives a summary, recording, and analytics, plus a health check. Results can flow to GoHighLevel, Make, or n8n through a forwarding webhook, calendar bookings sync from your provider, and the full API is available.
